HC28 maison ORRA

A new creative expression shaped by geometry and space

ORRA is a sculptural seating collection that brings clarity and calm to shared environments. With curves that shift in height, it offers multi-posture comfort while subtly shaping the spaces around it. ORRA is designed to organise without dominating, a unified form that feels complete from every angle. Its architectural presence enhances spatial experience through balance, proportion and tactile softness.

Drawing on intuition and perception, ORRA explores how geometry, material and proportion can alter the way we experience space.

Sculptural seating with multi-posture comfort

In addition to its sculptural presence, ORRA is designed as a versatile system. The collection comprises two-seat, three-seat and sectional configurations in a variety of sizes and shapes, each available with either a high or low back. A range of supportive loose cushions allows comfort to be tailored to different postures and settings. Fully upholstered, ORRA is offered in a broad palette of fabrics or COM (Customer’s Own Material), including leather, to suit hospitality, workplace or domestic environments.

ORRA debuts our first collaboration with HC28 maison, a leading Chinese furniture brand. The partnership also launched IRIS. While the studio has long found beauty in the rational, industrial design process, with these collections they began from a more expressive starting point.

With ORRA and IRIS we wanted to embrace a freer, more expressive approach within the studio. ORRA unites space with a sculptural fluidity, connecting or dividing as life demands. From simple elements, its seamless curves create harmony from every angle. IRIS turns function into play, with pattern and geometry that surprises and delights. A mirror, a table or a moment of joy. Working with HC28 maison in China has been refreshing: their clarity and decisiveness gave us the confidence to focus on pure creative expression and bring these ideas to life for a new audience.
